Why Live Peace?

More than 60 countries are in the grip of war. Millions of people on every continent are suffering. Peace is the greatest challenge of our time. Peace is the foundation – the basis for a better future.

Live Peace invites people around the world to make their voices heard in a new and powerful way: through music.

With the support of several Nobel Peace Prize laureates and peace organisations, citizens' concerts are organised every 21th September to mark the United Nations' International Day of Peace. From local stages to live global broadcasts, people from all over the world come together to promote peace, not with weapons, but with song, rhythm and solidarity.

It's not just a concert. It's a global movement.

A shared, creative response to the biggest crise of our time, driven by artists, cities, organisations and ordinary people who believe in a peaceful future.

Register your event online and receive our support in promoting it: we’ll list your event on our website and provide access to our Logo and design templates.
