Welcome to the fifth edition of Earthdance Aotearoa! For 29 years, Earthdance has been bringing people together with the shared intention of promoting peace through music and dance. Set in the stunning natural surroundings of the Whatipu Lodge & Campground in Auckland, this multi-day gathering spans from Friday, September 18 to Sunday, September 20, 2026. The desire for belonging, healing, and a more compassionate world is what drives these gatherings.
The highlight of the weekend is the synchronized "Global Prayer for Peace," where thousands of people in over 65 countries hold hands at exactly the same time to set their intentions. For Aotearoa (New Zealand), this powerful prayer happens at 11:00 AM on Sunday, September 20. Through a proud partnership between the Earthdance network and Live Peace, this event amplifies a universal message of harmony. In the true spirit of giving, at least 50% of the profits from this gathering will be donated to the Auckland City Mission.
